CONDO POLICIES:
Rates are subject to change, until reservations are confirmed.
Three days before and after major holidays, the high season rates apply.
Check-out by 11am. No late check-outs due to the cleaning for the next booking.

HOUSE RULES - a summary of our rental agreement:
1. We will refund the initial deposit less a $75 cancellation fee if you cancel the reservation in writing more than 60 days prior to arrival. If you cancel the reservation with 60 days written notice or less, you will forfeit the entire rent and tax unless we can re-rent the Condo.
2. Check-in time is 3 PM on; checkout time is by 11 AM. (no late check-outs)
3. Guest agrees to keep the Condo in good, clean condition.
4. You authorize us to repair damages or losses caused by you and/or your invitees at your expense.
5. The Condo is cleaned prior to your arrival. Fresh linens and towels are placed in the Condo along with a starter supply of soaps and paper products. Additional supplies that may be needed are your responsibility to purchase.
6. Regular maintenance is performed on the Condo; however, as with all homes, malfunctions may occasionally occur. You agree to report PROMPTLY to us.
7. All condo properties including condominium lanais and all public areas within the State of Hawaii are smoke-free at all times. Pets are not allowed in the Condo.
8. Other details regarding liability, safety, disputes, and agreements are specified and detailed.

- Check-out time: 11 am (sorry, no late check-outs)
- Pets are not allowed.
- This is a "Non Smoking" unit.
CANCELLATION POLICY $75 cancellation fee if cancelled more that 60 days from the arrival date. All payments are non-refundable if cancelled within 60 days of the scheduled arrival.
